#CosmopolitanChic: Outfit Pieces That Multi-Task

Vegas.com asked me to create a few different outfits that would be perfect for a day at Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, one of the premier hotel properties in, you guessed it, Las Vegas, as part of their #CosmopolitanChic blog challenge. Now, I've never actually been to Vegas, but I thought it would be fun to put together a few outfits that are appropriate for a vacation when you want to be super glamourous without having to pack up your entire wardrobe.

Whether you're packing super fancy or super chilled-out, it's always nice to carry pieces that can be worn more than once. Keeping that in mind, here are three outfits that I think are cute, and share accessories so they'd keep the luggage light(ish). I also kept the nail polish constant, because personally, I can't be bothered with switching nail paint everyday, no matter how dressed up I'm getting.

Outfit One

Here's an outfit that I think would be perfect for a dinner at one of Cosmopolitan's gorgeous restaurants. I love dresses like these because they're classy, simple and can easily be dressed a few different ways. I also think statement neck pieces are the way to go when you want something small to really lift your outfit and make it shine. Oh, and in case you haven't noticed, I've kept the colours season-appropriate!

Outfit Two

This one's a more daytime-appropriate look using the same dress. I replaced the blazer and the necklace with a cute little scarf, and switched the darker lip for a nude colour.

Outfit Three

I brought the blazer back for outfit number three, which is obviously a nighttime outfit. And how cute is that corset top? Paired with the blazer and the structured skirt, I think it's just the right amount of sexy and chic together.

And that will be all for this post. If you want another similar article, check out my One Dress, Two Ways: Easy Summer Style post. Although it isn't summer anymore. But it's still darn hot out here in Mumbai. I literally cannot wait for November.
